 Best honda clone motors Now that Lifan motors arent being imported anymore, what has been the best cheap clone motor that people have been using?
I know that they are all basically the same motor but there have got to be some quality differences between them.

Re: Best honda clone motors Predator is a good choice from HF, but if you are looking at something a little bigger the duromax 16hp is hard to beat for the price.

not as quite as cheap as a duromax, but better fit and finish
have bought several duromax motors but the last one was the carroll stream and prefer it

Re: Best honda clone motors Here's two 16hp duromax engines that I built a few weeks ago... I've been watchin those CS's and thought about pullin the trigger on the 22hp for another build, just too hard when you don't need it. ($300 > $1000)  Those engines look sharp on the site and I saw someone around here had build one or two with these engines and it just reaffirmed my thoughts about these engines.
