just bought a go devil frame with no engine..i measured the prop and its 9x3 can someone recommend an engine to install on it to me...thanks

Measure from the plate the engine mount to, up to the center of the driveshaft. This will better determine what motor to put on it.

This will give you the shaft height needed for the frame, of course this can be modified.

looks to be somewhere close to 6 1/2 to 7 inches by eyeballing it real quick with a tape...its raining...lol

Call GD with serial number. They can tell you the history of this motor.

The serial number also gives a clue to the original motor. E.g. BS166 means a 16 Briggs and a 6ft shaft.

A 9x3 is a stock prop for the 16 Briggs Vanguard GDLT
