Need a kill switch kit and starter button
I need to install a kill switch kit on my '93 gdlt 16. Anyone know where I can find one?
I also need a new button for my electric starter. I guess the old one got ripped off and now I only have wires. Where can I find one of those?

I suggest you order these from the factory when you order your throttle cable. If you have the serial number from the frame they will make sure you get the right part.

How do yo wire in push button starter? I have an electric start gx390 clone with the litte ignition unit that bolts to the side and would love a start button next to my kill button on the handle

Re: Need a kill switch kit and starter button
Not familiar with that motor, but all an ignition switch (or the switch on the motor) is, is a momentary switch. when you push the button down, it make the electrical connection between the battery and the starter. When you let it go, the connection is broken. Works the same as any other switch except it doesn't stay on. Wire from battery to switch. Then from switch to starter. Probably some grounds and fuses in there somewhere, but that's basically it.
