Post subject:  First LT build

My first build---16hp duromax, 1 1/4" DOM,8x4 prop from back..., everything else is a culmination of everything I have seen and some of my own, mounted on a 15/42 alumaweld waterfowl. Didn't have a GPS with me on the first run. With two people I would estimate around 12-14, really depends where the passenger sits. It is slow, but it gets me there. Might need to bend the end of the cab. Plate just a lil, it wants to run about 6"-8" deep to the plate. Tach showed about 3100 at full throttle. The pics might be a lil dark, loosing daylight, and sideways due to iphone. Comments welcome!!

Nice job!!!

Like the idea of the bearing on the top. How do you retain the grease? Seals, sealed bearing or does it matter?

The shaft housing has seals in it.
