 LT HP for CSJ16 hey guys i have a carolina skiff j16 would like to know what hp engine should i look into. boat weighs between 400 to 500 pounds i can shave off about 200 lbs by taking off front and back platforms.

Re: LT HP for CSJ16 I used to have a 20hp gdlt, put it on my old j14 for shits and giggles. It rode out about 20 with 2 guys and gear. I would guess at least a 25
