Looking for advice on 35hp beavertail LT
I just bought a 35 longtail and was wondering how do I know the motor is running at its pek performance? Max rpm I ran is at 3,540rpm. Is this good? What can I do to get max power out of it and what kind of simple yet affordable mods can I add to get more power and speed? Any suggestion will help!
Thanks,

Re: Looking for advice on 35hp beavertail LT
Should be around 3750 with a light load on a 16x18' 48 wide. 3400-3500 loaded down. Make sure you are getting full rpm Out of water . Check prop , make sure it is correct , then check throttle linkage , tune up. If that doesn't work , take to shop.
