 Custom kill switch re location
I moved my kill switch head from the motor down to the handle because it is just to far away from me causing it to be a nuisance to wear. And also when making sharp turns the steering handle would get caught up in the kill switch line. Now, it being down on the handle, you can attach it to your wrist and it be out of the way. I posted this to encourage anyone with the same issue to try this and to give them a simple idea on how to do it

Make sure you put a wire grommet around that hole, I had a wire ground out in that same spot and fried every wire!!! Looks good though

Hmmm. I've got a 23 from Backwater and the location of the safety switch has never been an issue for me. But if you like it better this way, cool deal.

Re: Custom kill switch re location
Thanks for the feed back guys. I like the new location alot better . I bought a grommet for the 1/4 hole I drilled but with the two wires it just wouldn't fit so I just filled it up with silicon and was done with it. Hind sight I would have drilled a 5/16 or even a 3/8 hole to easily fit a grommet in there but oh well it's sealed now. I need to shrink wrap the back of the kill switch head, cover up the un used electrical outlets talking about getting a shock!
