Post subject:  Overheating bearing and chattering noise

Recently noticed a chattering noise coming from my 27 longtail. The collar seems to get hot and the grease is dripping from the bearing. Also having a problem keeping the set screws in the lower part of u-joint tight. Put a new prop on the motor 2 weeks ago. Is this an alignment issue with the shaft or would that upper bearing be shot? There is no slack in the u-joint either. Shaft has a slight wobble to it but is an 85" drive so I think that would be expected. I put the new shaft in a year ago and it had a wobble to it then too. Lower collar is fine. Doesn't get hot and has no grease coming out of it.

Thanks
