Lever throttle setups...

 Lever throttle setups...This mudbuddy lever/knob setup sucks royally. I considered a twist grip but I see how that would suck as well on anything besides a traditional outboard. I know several have clutch/brake lever cable setups. I'm looking to swap mine over after having to work on it all the time. Never left me stranded but it's consistently a pain in the ass, and all around uncomfortable to run.
What kind of lever did you use? What kind of cable? What length? How did you attach it to the engine?? Pics of your setup would be great as well. Trying to get this done before I really start fishing more this spring. _________________ #CFFITR -Custom pool noodle -stage 4 water wings |

Re: Lever throttle setups... I went to the local bike shop and got a set up with brake lever and two cables for like 20 bucks.
I haven't set it up yet though.
