 Bog Hog LT kit
I'm thinking about buying one of these kits for a 23hp vanguard
The unit weighs 110lbs Motor weighs 77lbs
Anyone used this kit? I just bought a 1548 Crawdad and think it would be a good match.
Thanks

 Re: Bog Hog LT kit
Give the Back Water Inc. guys a call. They'll set you up with a much stouter frame kit. Read some of the Back Water reviews on here. Their long tails are top of the line.

 Re: Bog Hog LT kit
I was looking at them as well. But bit the bullet and got a BW and have never looked back! Great motor and great service! My dumbass calls them about every two weeks with a question and they are always happy to help! Great guys and great motor!

 Re: Bog Hog LT kit
I actually called BW today and talked to the boss man. We ended up talking more about ducks than we did his motors. If I end up going with a LT you bet your ass I'll be calling them back.

 Re: Bog Hog LT kit
Bog Hogs aren't a very good set up. Ran a 25 that my buddy had on my 14x48 was not impressed at all, very sloppy.
