Are you referring to the pulse pump on the engine itself? |

I replaced the fuel pump on my Honda 20 HP GD a while back but don't remember the exact specs. Mine is an older engine and the pump is vacuum driven. The small engine guy had both the Honda OME fuel pump and an equivalent Briggs fuel pump in stock. He told me they are simple little diaphragm pumps and are interchangeable. The Briggs was $7-8 if I remember properly while the Honda was much, much more expensive. They are both black plastic and the bolt pattern and hose nipples are the same, so I tried the Briggs. My motor runs well with it. Nate |

It's wise to shit can the pulse pumps if you have them , they don't have enough draw to Pull the gas up the fuel hose from the tank most of the time. |
