Re: lOVEJOY FLEXABLE SPIDER COUPLING Both shafts will have to be secured by bearings bosses and that's for a straight line connection, not like a universal joint that will "bend"

Re: lOVEJOY FLEXABLE SPIDER COUPLING I guess you could put one on the end of the engine shaft, then a short shaft to a u-joint, then it would act as a shock absorber when the prop strikes objects but other than that, I don't see a use for it.
