Backh20 9x8 vs bps tiger 9x7
Gonna have ourselves a showdown. Just bought a new backh20 9x8. Been buying them for a while and have never been real happy with the amount of cupping they have. Took it out with the new prop and running 21-22 at 3900-4010 rpms on my 1844 sportsman fab custom. Decided I'm going to try another prop to get better grab in the mud. Dropped down to a bps tiger 9x7. I knew it had heavier cupping, so to compensate I dropped the pitch. Hoping to turn the same rpms or more. Gonna take it out for a quick open water spin after work, weather permitting, and see how it runs it. Picture is below. Bps on left backwater on the right. Both brand new.
