Mounting long tail on weld bilt

 Mounting long tail on weld bilt Has anyone ever mounted a longtail to a weld bilt boat. I have been looking at them and am ready to pull the trigger on one but have noticed the transom has a support right in the middle that goes all the way to the top and im scared this could cause a mounting problem.

Re: Mounting long tail on weld bilt The transom bracket on my MB LT fit right over that center bracing. Worked fine.

Re: Mounting long tail on weld bilt Had to notch the transom brace on an express that was made just like that to mount a long tail on it. I don't think it affected it but my buddy's who's boat it was didn't keep it very long bc the boat didn't do well with a mud motor.

Re: Mounting long tail on weld bilt I had a go devil on a weld bilt and it mounted good, the brace wasn't in the way.
