Brand new Kohler 25 HP, EFI, on a Backwater system, it is not reaching (out of the water) the 3600 rpm that suppose to, only 3300. I removed the spark plugs and turn the shaft, it looks free. So the alignment looks OK.
I'm taking it to a local Kohler repair station; but before that, what will be a safe top RPM out and in the water without doing any damage to the unit?
