I am currently running a 1448 with a 25 up, but am considering getting a 1436 sneakboat with possibly a 12 or 14 hp. Does anybody run a similar setup?

We have run several. My 25 was on a 1636 for years, it would shove the nose down at higher speeds. Goin even shorter like your talkin i wouldnt expect too much speed. Im sure it will get the job done but longtails like some lengh to handle well. Welcome to uncertain
