Same exact hulls 16x38 kleberts hull Same exact load The 27 Kohler godevil longtail will reach 3450 rpms The 23 godevil will get 3860-3900 rpms Keep in mind both motors are 100% stock The 23hp has more hours, the 27 has 120 hrs... The 23 is about 2mph faster with the driver being 30lbs heavier The 27 has a newer prop with atleast 20 hrs on it... Why is the 27 Kohler being out preformed? Riddle me this riddle me that... |

Sounds like the 27 is not running at its best or has a funky prop. |

My ol 1636 25lt would run 21 with or without load .what speeds yall running anyway? |

Every kohler I had was a tourqe monster push any load . But they weren't speed demons . Could be a lot of variables. H Finn |
