it wasn't a hard decision to make... we're throwing money away on rent, intrest rates are extremely low, and the government cuts us a $8000 rebate check for being first-time home buyers. That's enough to cover our share of closing costs, and help out with a down payment. It's a big decision... but by the time we rented something nice enough that she wasn't scared to come home by herself, it was more than a house payment!

Congrats Bro..The girlfriend and I just purchase our second peice of property. Since her name wasn't on the first ,she qualified for thr $8000 first time home owners rebate..... :mrgreen: right now she's lovin here some Obama. :mrgreen: That's gonna help me buy a bigger and better tractor to keep up my new property.(5 acres) And also we got a awesome rate of 4.85%....gotta love it. :mrgreen:
