Had it for a couple years...been perfectin a snake kabob recipe as of late. Some of the Mmayes groupies been bringin by four or five cottonmouths ever couple days. |

ribs- buy a frozen rack at kroger- dry rub and cook at 300 for 3 hours chickens beer can on bottom plug hole with a lime and onion 2 hours at 250-300 shake them down with garlic salt and cayenne.... you don't get fat being a bad cook. |

Getting ready to throw a butt on the BGE in about an hours. Momma like her some pulled pork, and since it's momma's day I told her if she would pull my pork I would cook her a butt.

I'm cookin that again BMB.  pulled it off the grill, and in the kitchen I grabbed a leg. Came away with just bone. Grabbed the wing, same thing... Holy hell that was greatness!!!! |
