Cooker, seriously, please reconsider this idea.

One time, years ago, I was hunting with a guy that brought some smoked carp with him to the duck blind. I refused it at first, but my will gave in as I witnessed a couple of others in the blind shoveling it down their throats. I tried a piece. To my surprise, it was quite tasty -- a lot like smoked salmon as a matter of fact. However, the smokey goodness soon faded and all I was left with was swampy fish taste.

The 3rd day passed and the fish taste still lingered on my breath. I swore right then and there that I would never, ever make that mistake again. I also vowed to discourage others from falling into the same trap.

Just remember this and you will go far... A Kentuckian will eat anything a Cajun won't. Need I say more?
