As for the rest of ya I'll just say that our recent situation has led me to the conclusion that with no promise for a healthy tommorow or even a promise of tommorrow at all , I have changed my lifes ambition to concentrate on drinkin it all in. Looks like a great trip BM. Hopefully some day my family and I will get the oportunity to do the same. We just had LST 325 come up the IL river and dock at Henry IL for Labor day weekend. That ship made 13 trips to the beach at Normandy. Some of the original crew told storys to my kids. Again, nice. |

it wasw special in a lot of ways. I doubt I'll have the chance again. And ny bride loved it. Normandy was a gut wrencher for me........lots of reasons why. We are a great nation! |
