| Post subject: | Fast grass conversion |
Is there a way that I can paint or do something to the brown fast grass to make it look like early season grass? Down here in lower Louisiana the grass is usually green with very little brown all year .. So any suggestions ? |

I hunt in venice, Roseau's normally always green, Cut me a piece last year, brought it to ACE Hardware and matched it with a oil based enamel gloss and painted blind Green with a little brown left on Bottom.. Hunted with friend who did nothing to his boat and shot more then him due to decoying better |

Get a paint w/ the primer mixed in it and it will stick better. If you get something other than gloss you won't have nearly as much shine also. Adding some killer-weed or raffia-grass to the fastgrass also helps break the blind up more. |
