I'm a little short on cash and would like to make a home-made wake maker, does anyone have any information on what kind of motors that I can use for this or where to order them. I'm just trying to keep my price down, any info would be great. Thank you |

you can buy wake maker parts online, the original wake maker design before it was put into production used a 12 volt trolling motor with the prop removed and a pulley added to it |

I know the guy that made and patented the wake maker. He is a great guy. He originally used a 65lb thrust minn kota with a pulley. It was awesome to see 4 dozen decoys moving in his blind spot. He also had Mojos hanging from trees. |
