Any of you going to the Indy Race at Nola Motorsports Park this weekend? I hope the locals support the race so that we can have more and bigger races in the future. I am going regardless of weather

I'd like to go, just not 100% sure. A guy that rides on my mardi gras floats is married to the GM of the track. I'm waiting to see if he is going to be able to get me in the good seats. He's already met most of the drivers.

You going with someone? My wife really doesn't want to go and I don't want to drive up by myself.

keep an eye out for two cell towers on trailers. one by the go kart track the other by the main event building. They have a two year deal with indycar. This event will tell if theyll keep the track or if theyll leave the venue.

I'm hoping it turns out well.
Friday seemed good considering it was mostly practice and people had to work. We need a big named auto race to stay here to give us diversity. There are a few things that can be improved on. I know Laney will get them done.

Of the few team members/drivers I talked with, they like the track. Fast, technical, and wide enough to pass.
