Healthy cereal with 2% milk for breakfast Early
Salads for lunch with some chicken breast.
Chicken breast or baked fish with vegetables or cereal again for dinner.
No more Cokes.Unless diet or coke zero.Jim Beam and coke zero is good.

EAT LESS..DRINK MORE..

I can drop 10lbs in 2 weeks eating like this with no exercise.

If you want fat pills, go to a fat doctor. I went to one, and got some pills, lost a little weight at first, but still eat wrong, so it was pretty much useless. If you really want to drop weight, the only thing thats gonna really work, is to eat better, and move around more.
What worked best for me (a few years ago) was go to the gym, run 1/2 mile, and stepped it up 1/4 mile every week, then spent about 45 minuites slinging weights, dropped 6" off the waist and about 30 pounds in 6 weeks.

drink light beer

just stay away from fried foods, and just generally unhealthy food, cut back on beer, and excersise. and you probilly have a shit load of water retension in you(with that huge ass water head of you) so if you could find something that could help get rid of all that fluid retension you'll loose 10-15 lbs just from that

I would say, cut the fried foods, sodas, some beer (not all of it), start exercising and cut portions on meals. Im no health expert by any means but i have heard of people loosing 5-10 lbs just by cutting sodas.

Skip the beer and soda, go with vodka and water.

Load up on the veggies, eat the low fat / low cholesterol stuff.

The wife has been revamping the menu here, half the stuff taste like chit or bird seed. It all started when a friend of ours had his first heart attack at 36 and he wasn't out of shape, but his blood from his diet was like butter.

Take in less, exercise more.

meth.

Or, increase your fiber and protein. Lower your carbs and fats.
Whole grains, veggies, baked or broiled meats (no deep frying)
Drink as much water as you can stand.
Run for a half hour three times a week.

You can't go on a diet. You have to change the way you approach eating. I know it sounds gay. But, you can eat bad stuff every once in a while, but you have to make up for it. Exercise.

Get that metabolism up and you'll find that you can eat a lot of calories and maintain or lose weight.

In all seriousness...cut out the cokes...take a look at how many carbs are in a regular coke...it's around 40...bud select has around 4. That's 10 beers to equal just one coke in carbs...cut out all the "empty" carbs, ie. sugars. Eat brown rice instead of white...drink diet drinks, water...whole grain multi fiber bread instead of white. Check out the South Beach diet...it's really more than just a diet, it is a eating/lifestyle change. That is the key. Going "on" a diet also means going "off" at some point. If your serious, then you have to change your eating lifestyle. And like everyone has said, you need to do some cardio...even if it is just doing some walking in the evenings and then building up. I'll make you a bet, just don't drink the cokes for two weeks, and i bet you you'll lose 10 pounds...and that's not changing your eating or exercise.

You can buy a book written and published by men's health. its called the "Abs diet" Granted, its not an overnight thing, but it shows and explains things like HEALTHY EATING and EXPERCISE.

There is no secret to it the bottom line is to burn more calories than you take in. You can chose what method best fits your lifestyle but that is the only way it will get done. Make a plan and set goals and just stick to it.

I lost 42 pounds last spring/summer without much effort at all. Here is what worked for me:

I started eating breakfast which I never did. High fiber cereal with 2% milk. This helped curb my appetite during the day.

I stopped eating fast food or out for lunch. I would bring a sandwich, carrots, and apple to work. At lunch, I would eat the sandwich and carrots then walk about 2 miles during my break around the plant. If I had time in the afternoon around 3 or 4, I'd eat my apple then walk another 2 miles around the plant. When I got home from work, I would try to eat as early as possible. Then I would take the dogs and walk another 2 miles.

I never really stopped eating what I wanted for dinner. I just stopped going back for 2nds. Also when I would get tired of sandwiches I would bring in grilled chicken and steam veggies for lunch. I have every other Friday off from work. On the Fridays I work, I would not bring my lunch and go out and grab something with friends. I generally tried to stay away from fast food on those days, but not always. This helped to sort of reward myself and not become to mundane with the diet.

Also, I always tried to drink around 1 to 2 gallons of water a day. I completely cut out drinking a 6 or 12 pack out in my shop at night working on stuff or in the yard. I also cut out sweet tea. I did drink a little, but when I did it was generally whiskey or bourbon on the rocks or a splash of water.

You will be amazed at just how fast you drop the weight and how much better you feel from walking 4-6 miles a day. I decided once I got down under 300 I would start running with my wife in the afternoons since she was training for a marathon. The first time I struck out to run I did 2 miles no problem which I thought would be difficult without stopping. I kind of hit a plateau on not losing weight, so I kicked it up a notch. I started walking 2-4 miles at work and running 3-5 miles at night. I got up to about 40-50 miles a week. By the end of summer, I was down to 278. I've gained about 15-20 pounds of it back from not working out during the winter and fast food after hunts. Those double/double Whataburgers kill ya. However, I'm about to start back on the program. My goal is 265.

The biggest thing it's going to take a commitment to yourself. Until you decide you want to do it, no magic program is going to help you.

The biggest key is to drink lots of water. It will flush your system, keep you hydrated, and help cure hunger pains if you drink 16-20oz when you get hungry. Also, eat lots of fruit. Fruit is good for a snake if you must eat something.

Having a wife training for a marathon is motivation.
Last summer I was running 4 miles 3 or 4 times a week. Lift weights on the off days. My wife runs a 10k and then teaches a Body Pump class at Gold's. Kinda hard for me to brag.
If I exercised as much as she does, I'd be dead. She plays soccer on Sundays. Plays a Premier league co-rec game in the AM. Subs in at least one more if not two games and then plays a women's league game. Sometimes she squeezes in 3 full games in addition to the subbing.
I come home from crappie fishing all day and I'm like whew I'm beat.
