I've got 50 pounds of inside skirt steaks if you need any. And I can get some lump mesquite charcoal if need be. Anyone making guacamole? I do that pretty good. And Margaritas.

I will make some homemade salsa and pickup the best queso dip in Houston from the restaurant before I leave.

Rio, call me at 713-594-425two so we can discuss the skirt steak. I would like to reimburse you for it or at least throw some cash your way. I have 10lbs of beef and 10lbs of chicken marinating right now.

I'm bringing 200 tortillas, bags of chips, beans & rice.

Spoke to the Candlewood Suites front desk lady. Very nice, she said there is a gas (propane) grill for our use also a charcoal grill. So we have many options to cook food on already there waiting for us. I am bringing an extra propane tank and 20lbs of charcoal w/ lighter fluid.

I called PD and had them special patrol the parking lot to keep people from plucking with y'all's stuff. And Sandersons steakhouse is closed. So y'all can use the whole parking lot to park if you wanna keep your boat locked up to your truck.
