 Starting Over
As some of the guys on here know, I lost my my hunting partner this summer, he was a very good black male lab and really comming into season. I fortunetly was able to breed him last year to a pretty good female chocolate, in the picture below is a photo of one of their offspring i was able to get, she was the last one of the litter left when i recieved her at 5 months old. To sum up the post she is doing really awsome already and might be better than her dad was, she is at 127 teal ducks already and does not act like a 8 month old pup, she is turning out to be an amazing hunting partner with some 80 yard blinds already.
Thanks Jamie B.IMG-20110925-00004.jpg

 Starting Over
That's awesome man! Really makes me appreciate having mine around every morning when I get up. I have a black male who turns 4 this year who I've put a lot of time and money into, but more than that he is my best friend. Im sorry for your loss but just be happy you have his offspring! I'm sure the youngin' is going to kill it for you! That's a huge worry I always have. I haven't found a partner to get him hooked up with yet and if anything was to happen unexpectingly to him I'd be left with nothing. Just really makes you appreciate what you have when you hear stories like this!
