Strange thing this weekend.
The puppy had his first opportunity at retrieving Canvasback.

Dog would go out and bring the bird in, then drop it five feet from me a the edge of the rousseau cane and maul the thing! Like literally try and bury it, head totally under water.

Retrieved the other birds just fine, no issue.

Damndest thing I've seen in a while.
Any of you guys ever hear of something like that?

I wish mine did that, I hate them too.

Mine will do that to mergs. If its slow and a few buzz the deks we light them up. He brings them back and them death shakes the shit outta them. Won't do it to any other bird. I think he hates them as much as I do.

They taste like shit to you so why should they like em....lol
