Watching Bpurvis' video about that duck sanctuary I saw the pup swimming which sort of made me think. How can you go about strapping a GoPro on your dog yet have the video come out good... |

NO problem lol I got me a couple coming for the season. I think its behind the shoulders though but im sure you can play with it and see what view looks/works better |

well what I think im gonna do is get a nylon strap(the sixe that fits the mount) and size my boy up behind the shoulders. the get the GF to sew one of those plastic clips onto the strap and off we go to the woods lol..... just wanna make sure its not gonna fall off of him and lose the camera. another idea is to fix some type of "mechanism" on his vest...... gotta get cold enough first but that might be easier than the strap |

Okay did some searching... This guy made his from a harness at a local pet store... photou.jpg The harness looks to me the best way to go... The users who put a camera under the head around the neck / collar area you get a tongue & for waterfowl the camera would be under the water & unable to see your pup pick up the bird etc. |

Mine too thats a good Idea but I want his head in the video ya know? it looks better haha im afraid if I mount it to the shock collar its gonna look completely over his head |

Here is a cool mount on the side of this guy's shotgun from that video... He is using 3 cameras. 1 head mount, 1 shotgun mounted looks to be the small sunction cup mount? & then the one on the dog using a harness. gopro-shotgun.jpg |

Wonder how they hold up mounted on those guns. That's a lot of shock to an electronic device each time they take a shot. |

This guy drilled through both the clip and the harness to make it easier to push the zip ties through. |
