 Bella 11-19-11 Kicking in the after burner. Yeh Im a proud poppa. You have an idea of what your hard work is going to produce but you really dont know till that first season gets here. makes for a long year of anticipation.

Re: Bella 11-19-11 You are exactly right. They sure make you proud when they are on. My youngest made a 150+ yrd retrieve in Thick pads on a strong cripple. The dogs are the reason I get up and go.

Re: Bella 11-19-11 I hunted last year without a dog and it was strange. It really brought to light how much the dog was as big a part of the hunt as killing any birds.

Re: Bella 11-19-11 I don't think I have been w/out a dog in over 15 years and don't plan on it in the near future. I don't mind the extra work. It is worth every minute to me.
