Good looking dog. One of my favorite parts of hunting--the dogs.

Mind if I post a first?...... this is trigger. Just turned one and did his first 2 retrieves of his life this morning. Uneventful morning for us also but got the two at his feet.

My wife loves my dog as much as I do , so she sissied him up in his Xmas picture. He finally made his first real hunt since doing hunt test all fall. He learned one thing if any, a duck don't always fall every time u blow a duck call or shoot a gun. Drove my dog nuts. Great looking dog by the way.

Gotta say, I was really impressed with Finn. Not being worked because of his heartworms, weather being shitty, and still being young... He did great and got me thinking of my next dog or trying to get mine to hunt.

Mine is very smart, but gets her feelings hurt easily. I've never seen a dog look for cripples with more determination though. She is like a crackhead looking for a fat rock.
