 Peeing on the floor
My 4 month old chocolate won't stop peeing on the floor. I let him out ALL the time and he just comes back inside and pees. Any advice for this issue, he peed on the damn couch too the other day

Keep him out till he pees. Be diligent with it. You have to take him out very often. Praise him when he does it outside and scold him inside.
I would use Google for some better tips. That's just how I always did it.

 Re: Peeing on the floor
Rub his nose in it and spank him with a newspaper then put him outside. Like msm said praise him outside treats or a piece of dog food help and scold him inside. Hes got to understand inside is a privilege. Also DO NOT use puppy pads. Only teaches a bad habit.

 Re: Peeing on the floor
Dogs are a creature of habit. If they've peed in the house they are going to want to do it again. I have a 10 week old lab and she's doing really well except when people / dogs show up and she get excited will pee a little bit sometimes.
From day one if she was napping or in her kennel as soon as she woke up or I took her out of the kennel it was straight outside. Anytime she drank or ate it was straight outside afterwords. Lots of praise and/or a treat after they potty outside. I have small training treats that I only use for potty outside and kennel. All other training Sit/stay/down/heel I just use her dog food prior to feeding. The training treats are extra special for the acts I feel are important (not pottying on my carpet!) She did have a few accidents inside as to be expected but I usually caught her during or right after the act. I just gave a firm NO, picked her up and took her outside. It didn't take long for her to catch on. It can be frustrating as I had her outside on a walks and playing fetch for almost an hour, came inside and within minutes she peed!
Make sure you are cleaning the spots well with a pet urine blocking cleaner. If they can smell where they went before they will be tempted to do it again. Try to make sure her schedule is consistent. I'm debating on bell training my pup as she will go sit by the stairs when she has do go but doesn't make a sound, so unless I am watching her closely I miss the clues she is giving me. Good Luck!

 Re: Peeing on the floor
When he starts sniffing/circling to find a place to pee, startle him, pick him up and take him straight outside. Give him a command to go pee (for me it's "be quick"). Then praise him a ton when he goes. Do the same thing when you're walking him.
Clean up any pee spots with Nature's Miracle so that it eliminates any scent he's left in the house.
Finally, you might want to make sure he doesn't have a urinary tract infection in case that's an issue.

 Re: Peeing on the floor
I know this is not proper training but it has worked 100% with all my dogs. Take a little piece of hot dog or small piece of cheese with you when you take the dog out, make sure you pay close attention and when he urinates on the grass immediately give the treat and praise heavily. you would be shocked to see how quick this works. Also scold him/her if they keep using the bathroom in the house. Many pro trainers would not like this method but I am more of a reward / praise trainer than a beat/ scold. Good luck.

 Re: Peeing on the floor
Good information guys I appreciate it. He's 4 months so right now at this time frame I'm treat training him on obedience and kennel command, and have "go pee" he actually scratched at the door last night I let him out and he peed instantly, surprising how smart he is and not even a registered lab
