A buddy of mine put a big hole in his checkmate 20 ft ski boat. We need 2 get it bout mile down river 2 the ramp. Boat has no flotation an there is bout 3 -5 mph current an 5 - 20+ ft. The biggest boat we go 2 help is a 22 ft plate boat with a 90 horse.

Tie on to the bow and pull it, it u are lucky it will pop up.

Easy way is to use float bags & compressed air. Anything buoyant will really work. Ideally you want to suspend the boat in the water column & move it to shallow water where you can hopefully pull it on shore & empty the water. On a larger boat you'd beach it so the sides are above the water line & empty the water.

We pulled one out a few years ago just like J and Jacob did a few weeks ago. We tried bags and such like Coe said and finally gave up. We just tied off to our other boat with a 40 merc and sure enough that sumbitch jumped out on plane and we drug it back to the ramp. We just kinda slung it up on the bank when we got back to the ramp, then pulled it all the way on shore, drained it, and winched it on to the trailer.

Was a batchlor party. He was piss drunk an went to pass a buddy an side swiped him the other boat was scaped up pretty good. Two guys got thrown out of the checkmate an it sunk in bout 5 sec. They were lucky no one got hurt or killed.
