Re: Some people's children Ya know, I actually feel a little sorry for this fella. All he was trying to do was become legal and get his boat registered. The DWLF makes it very difficult or even impossible in some cases to register a boat. Would they rather him drive around in an unregistered boat until he got caught? He would have gotten in less trouble had he just done that.
Now I know this guy is probably not as innocent as I made him sound, but it is possible for this to happen to someone who was just trying to do the right thing.
