Im just finishing up building a longtail, I have kind of a dumb question. Do you need a cav plate?

don't have one on mine and it works fine. I guess it depends on how powerfully it is.

You need one with a trim tab on the end if you plan on plaining out.

Ok I thought so but wasn't sure, I figured id ask since I need to move mine welded it on crooked so figured id find out b4 I redid it
