Doesn't Jimmy's Boat that is around the same size Porpoise?

And.... That boat was built for that motor. Wow... Seems that a boat that was built for the same manufacture motor shouldn't do that...

One thing you will learn here Skinnerton is that it's best to call the manufacturer. Posting you woes here will make you the bad guy, I went through this myself with Keith Daley and Gatortail. No matter if you're right or wrong, people are gonna bash and people will beat you with their pom poms. Everybody is somebody's friend, and in the end it doesn't get you anywhere.

J is a standup guy, he'll make it right no matter what it takes, talk with him about tweaking your hull to make it not porpoise. He's got a lot of good transactions behind him, and you can tell that in his heart he wants you you end up with a boat that you will love, he doesn't do it for the money.

Go trim a 40,000 dollar bass boat up and see what happens. If it doesn't porpoise, you need a bigger motor.

That is in part correct, but most of these boats arent going fast enough for that to happen.

I get a few boats a year thru here that people complain of their boat porpoising (all different makes and models of boats and motors), and by simply moving the battery from the transom to just beind the front deck that will solve most peoples problem.

I used 2 have a bass boat that would do it bad with a load up front. But with me n 1 other I could trim it all the way out n cook.

All it take is a ice chest or more decoys in the front. It is that fuking simple we are not running but 25-30mph people. My 1754 Pro-Drive will do it when I am by myself with only a gas tank up front. Add the ice chest and it quits.

Put some wedges and try changing you transom angle or put a jack plate. It will make the boat act longer if you back the motor up
