Thinking about buying a 31 hp go devil vanguard 6 yr old has 160 hrs he replaced the shaft and the seals is that normal . What should I look for thank you for any info.

160 hours is nothing. Why did he need to replace the shaft and the seals? Call in the serial number and model number to Go Devil and make sure it's not reported stolen. Then it should start and run. Duckdon
