??Question about prop size??

 ??Question about prop size?? I just bought a 16hp longtail and it came with a 8x8 prop... I am pretty sure I am over propped. I have been looking around here and have seen where people recommend 8x4, 9x3 , and 9x5's. I have my motor turning 4000 RPM out of the water. Water prop size would ya'll recommend before I spend 150 bucks on the wrong prop.

On their website the 16hp was kinda in between prop sizes.
