Got a challenge, or perhaps it is more of a suggestion for you. If you do this, you will greatly increase your ability to think Biblically, and will become pretty quick at having a Biblical answer to many of the things that pop up in your daily life.

Read the book of James (New Testament) three times a day, every day, for one month.

It is a short book, and you can read it very quickly. It does not take a long time to do one reading in the morning, one at lunch, and one before you go to bed.

When you are done, read one good commentary either hard copy, or online on the Book of James. Doctor Jeff Amsbaugh wrote a pretty good one.

If you do this pretty simple task, you will be amazed at how many times a day, you can see a situation in life, and apply a verse from the book of James to the situation at hand.
