Despite you niggas on this thread - the OP (original poster) got his answer / solution on page 1...
His situation had nothing to do with veggies...
He had a "tuning" issue getting his GDSD dialed in on a custom hull and it is / was a simple fix that I gave him...

Put bigger trim tabs on it. I would not attempt to put power trim on it. The trim knob they have on it works great once you get the trim tabs set up. I have custom boat and coco had bigger tabs out on. My motor now runs as smooth as an outboard and I have solid speed.
