 Gator-Tail Boats
Spent yesterday with South-East Gator-Tail at a waterfowl day here in SC and they had a brand new 1746 with a 35 on it that was getting picked up the same day. Sharp boat but there was one problem. The rake still had the flat bar in it. Thought on DDM's thread it was stated that they now use full length stringers instead of that crap. I questioned SEGT about it and they said it was an option?
Does anyone really know the truth?

 Re: Gator-Tail Boats
I know that I saw a 2012 model rig that had flat bar in it then I saw a 2013 model rig that had tubing all the way up. I figured they would have went to tubing all the way up in 2013. But I could be wrong!

May be something you have to ask for and they will do it.

 Re: Gator-Tail Boats
Did it have cross bracing over the flat bar supporting the deck?

 Re: Gator-Tail Boats
I asked the question when i was there not to long ago, and they said they were "phasing" out the flat bar and going to the tubing the whole way. I took that as they probably still have some sitting in their yard/dealers yard as old stock with flat bar, but anything built after x date will start having it. When i was there some in tbeir yard had flat bar others had the tubing.
