You see any? I saw a couple off of Lizzard a few weeks ago.

He has all kinds of beaver memorabilia hangin around. Beaver rugs, Beaver pelts, Beaver skin hats, Beaver skulls, Beaver tail slippers, Beaver mounts, Beaver tooth necklaces, Beaver everywhere!!

Beaver is good. Dont be afraid to try it. Cook it up with some morels in gravy.

how do yall prepare beaver and cook it? i got them all over me and i will cook one and try it. i hate to kill something and not eat it.

i thought all people from la. were cajun. what is the difference. im confused

No we call people north of I-10 red neck ! Lol jk north Louisiana and south Louisiana are diff cultures I guess. Just like New Orleans. Way different then the rest of the state. All in all country boys just some are lil more xtreme ( Cajuns ) then others.

Btw. Never had the chance to eat beaver. I never see them in my area. We got nutria though. It's not bad !

The best way to eat beaver is to put it in the shower make it clean it self then eat it raw. The only real way to eat beaver:lol:

Some if that beaver can still be bleeding , let it soak out , just give it a few days and it will be perfect for a snack .

Y'all come up here , we got plenty, kill about 10 out of my pond a year, need to get back into trapping again, creek behind house will take over 40 out a year, but didn't trap this year.
