Ruger lcr is a 38 revolver
Lcp is a 380 auto
Both pistols

argue all you want it is still too big you can pick up a 9mm kimber solo that has the same mag capacity and is a bit smaller in overall length and height. I'm truly disappointed, I own 3 glocks but I wont be buying this one

Someone needs to let them know a revolver is a pistol

Saying a revolver is not a pistol is like saying a surface drive is not an outboard. Similarly, a semi-auto is a pistol and what we commonly know as an outboard is an outboard.

Are magazines and clips the same?

What I'm getting at is the screenshots taken show revolvers as revolvers and semi-autos as pistols. But, revolving rifles are listed as rifles not revolver. Hence, revolving pistols are actually pistols. The term pistol has been around for hundreds of years as a a one handed gun. Revolvers were pistols before so why aren't they now since the invention of semi-autos?
Here's a screenshot I found from your source that classifies them as pistols also. Don't take as law though, it's Wiki.

Sometimes different items can be classified as multiple things depending on their attributes. Just as a service pistol cans be also know as a sidearm, handgun, or semi-auto pistol. But a sidearm can be a knife, sword, or tomahawk.
