Anyone know if he has a tall transom motor vs short transom boat?

Re: Mudbuddy 35 hd hunter problem
its confirmed as a short transom motor, 6 bolts, new prop straight from mud buddy still has sticker on it and writing only 45 mins on new pro new carb springs and serviceing plugs wires and all. could it be that the carb is out of wack and not tuned back right?
