It can be done. Went with bigger hydro lines. $40 upgrade.

Re: Gator tail or pro drive
Dip shit did you actually read the original post or should I write it out in crayon so you can f'n understand it. Here I'll repost it in large print. I know everyone has there own opinions about which is better just wondering what will be best for what I want to use it for. I'll be mostly fishing out of it with the occasional duck hunt and bowfishing trip. Going back and for with both types whichever motor I choose Ill get there hull also. Will be using in the myrtle grove area. I really like the xrs gator tail makes and like I said I plan on mostly fishing out of it but want to be able to do hunt and ride through the marsh also. Will be mostly fishing and hunting occasional ducks. Where on there did he mention he was riding in mud or thick pea soup shit where he would need to be pulled out. I personally have never caught a fish, caught a frog or killed any ducks in a mud flat. Every time a newbie gets on here and ask questions about a PD, GTR or any other motor, the first thing that the GTR retards come out and say is mines faster, or mine can go through more mud, or mine is waaayyyyy cooler than yours. You have pulleys that you can change the ratios and you have more reach, you should be faster and you should go through more mud than mine you fuckin retard. The more reach you have, the less likely the prop will blow out and you will be on your way. But in water, reach mean nothing. Not everyone on this site ONLY rides in mud. Hell some never ride in mud and had no intention on riding in that kinda shit when they bought it. Now another thought while I'm on a roll. My PD is a stage 2 built by Cody. Oh and yeah my shit is still together and running very very strong. I'm willing to bet there isn't a PD on this site that wants to run mine other than Will, and he sold his. So am I suppose to RACE a GTR knowing that he has changed pulleys top give more top end, WHY??? What does that prove, that your faster than me, so what. Or going find a mud flat to see if I can get stuck, for what , so a crayon eating mutherfucker can pull me out and get on this site to talk trash. I'm very content in where I ride, where I fish and where I hunt and have no intentions on just finding a mud flat to see if I can blow my engine up. Oh wait, you did that also, twice. I aint here to start a pissing match. The guy asked for some input and I gave it. I even gave props to the GTR with the instant rev and the more reach in the mud. Its a great motor, I just prefer to sit with my arm at a comfortable height to drive (I don't stand to drive unless I have to) and like the FPR. Each has it own nitch in the selling market or it wouldn't be in business. Both have great products and a LOYAL fan base. Its no different from Chevy vs Ford.

Re: Gator tail or pro drive
I don't like writing that kind of crap, but I know for a fact that some have bought PD, GTR's, GD and MB on what they have read on here and not what or how they drive. Depending on how strong the coolaid is in that particular camp, is the way they go. But after purchase, they get on here and complain about "why is it doing this", "I didn't know about that". They almost feel crossed.

Re: Gator tail or pro drive
Wow. You gathered all that. If he wants to buy a GTR, so be it. Hell he go buy what ever he wants. It's his $$. I also gave my opinion on why the GTR is better at things. Wtf do you have? Oh let me guess, GTR. So your on here to bring no input to the mans question good or bad, but to analyze my every word. Looks like your defending GTR. Tell you what, Walmart has a sale right now on crayons, might want stop in for lunch.
