How much HP do I need?
I have a Tracker 2072 with a hardside aluminum blind. I currently have a 75hp Honda but am thinking about going to a surface drive. Will I be happy with a 35hp? I don't think I want to afford twins. What do you guys run on your big jons and how happy are you with them?

You won't be content with a stock 35 or a stock 37 efi based on past opinions here.
Depends on your expectations though.
You won't need all the mods available, but a cam, a carb, and headwork should make it more than capable with that boat, I would think. If you go efi, then headwork, cam and exhaust.

The stock efi is only 500 more than stock 35 (carbed model)

As much as you can afford. Seems like no matter how much anyone has they want more. Of course, the cost to adding a couple miles per hour can add up quickly and sometimes cuts into the life expectancy of the motor.
