 aweee sh*t its stuck! updated!
Having to change out the outer seals and bearing, then looked into the belt housing and to no surprise there is grease slung on the sides so i might as well change those seals while im at it. Well you know whats coming next, i cant get the taper lock off the shaft/pulley. Was reading DB's fine how to and when i screw the alan screw into the odd hole nothing seems to happen, then it bottoms out, not any movement of it trying to come off the shaft. any suggestions?

When the allen screw bottoms out, tap the taper lock with a hammer & wooden block, then tighten some more. Repeat until it pops loose.

Get it good and tight then use a dead blow hammer to knock the gear off. Be careful with an impact it will break the stud

Team camo: Beat the taper lock inside towards the prop side of shaft?
Calen: do you stock the seals and bearings, or should i just call gatortail?
Dfou: i had the screw as tight as it would go then took my dead blow hammer and beat the face of the pulley downards(towards the prop side) and nothing budged. That is where i stopped because i felt as if i was going to break something? Any thoughts? Maybe not hard enough?

Yes, hit it on the face of the taper lock. Just like you're trying to drive it further on. The jar will help to break the "seal" free from pulley, & also allow you to drive the allen bolt in a lil more, until it finally just pops loose.

Yes I have bearing and seal kits in stock
Tighten the Allen screw , use a dead blow or block if wood and hit the pulley as if you were trying to drive the pulley further on the shaft. It should come off of the taper lock.

got the new parts in and ready to install, couple quick questions being DB's post were on a mudbuddy, just wanna make sure of a few things.
i should pack both bearing with the amsoil grease before installing, what about the sleeves, and seals? also when putting back together what all really needs the loctite on it? thanks!

got everything together engage her and what do i see? grease on the prop side in between the prop and seal coupling. any ideas?
