 Pd lower Teflon sleeve removal
Any tips?... Other than a sawzall .. (thanks poker1)

Update**
If you need to do this get a 3-4ft piece of heavy pvc. Get in the boat and insert into the tower and put it against the top lip off the sleeve (make sure you aren't on the metal piece inside the tower) and then beat the crap out of it working around the sides. Took me about 45 seconds. If you've attempted this you will appreciate this info.

Was having trouble putting it in reverse. The tension knob wouldn't hold it. Thought it was bad but when I got it out it wasn't.

I noticed today that when I tried to spin mine around in reverse, it wouldn't quite go. When I went to ratchet it around, I had to hold the lower unit to aid it. The black knob with the spring just under the reverse pin, if I tighten it, would it hold enough resistance to allow it to ratchet correctly?
