 The duck breaster

I use this with a hitch receiver mounted to the inside of my tail gate – lower tail gate and go at it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5jfO87yxlc

I've got the bird hitch! Does good when cleaning good bit of big ducks no need for it wit teal or woodies

a buddy has the bird hitch for geese (I think it's the hammer?) works really good
