 16x56 or 18x44?
Probably going to be running this set up with a 25 or 27 kohler LT , mainly used to transport rather than hunt. average 3 people, dog, gear

 Re: 16x56 or 18x44?
i find LTs run well on long and narrow boats. I wish I had gotten the 18x38 instead of the 16x38

I recently built boat for Earl33. It is a 19'6" x 48' with a 23 GDLT. It runs 18mph.

 Re: 16x56 or 18x44?
I run an 18'44''. Love the boat. Corners great. I used to run a 24 honda longtail, now run a 35 GDSD. She'll draft more water but when you hit a turn hold on. I hunt the coast so sometimes it'll get choppy. Boat still handles great.
